Is it Safe?
Penile Augmentation or 'Penis Enlargement' has advanced a long
way. In the early days disfigurement of the penis was almost
always a certainty. Nowadays, newer technology and new medication
have been introduced that help alleviate side effects. However,
many surgeons to date will still refuse to offer penis enlargement
procedures because the risks associated with it are too great. If
you are serious about undergoing enlargement surgery you should
seek advice from your doctor and ideally undergo counseling before
consulting with a surgeon.
How do they make my penis
bigger?
For those who undergo enlargement surgery, the process usually
consists of two surgical procedures. The first procedure is used
to increase the width and overall girth of the penis, and the
second is used to increase the length of the penis. You can choose
to have one or the other done, but most patients opt to have both
enlargement procedures carried out in one session. The process
used to lengthen the penis is done by cutting the suspensory
ligament that keeps the corpora cavernosa anchored within your
body. This moves the concealed part of your penis forward and
achieves additional penis length outside of your body. This is
usually only done to make a substantial size gain while the penis
is flaccid and adds only minimal length when the penis is erect.
Are there any drawbacks or side
effects for Penis Enlargement Surgery?
The drawbacks of Penis Enlargement
Surgery is that the transplanted fat cells (which are used to
enlarge the penis) can feel soft, similar to a female breast.
Also, the fat used to increase the girth of the penis is used from
fat cells from the abdomen. If the fat cells are reabsorbed back
into the body the penis can sometimes become misshapen and will
look uneven.
While Penis Enlargement Surgery is definitely an option,
the risks at times seem too great, and these procedures will definitely
cost you a pretty penny.
